The R88 microcomputer automatic detector is suitable for monitoring the production of cross screws, with a total of 3 detection sensors, which are accurate, stable, and reliable. It adopts Taiwan's original system, and the10 functions are as follows:

1：无论机器大小、不论机器新旧以及运转速度快慢度都能精准稳定侦测； Accurate and stable detection of machine size, old and new, and speed of operation;

2： 自动监控系统在机器运转后，电脑七个监测点自动开启监控状态； After the machine is running, the automatic monitoring system automatically activates the monitoring status at seven monitoring points on the computer;

3：检测器能准确的显示故障原因，绝对不会出现无故障也乱停机报警的情况；The detector can accurately display the cause of the fault, and there will never be a situation where there is no fault and there is no random shutdown alarm;

4：十字冲头断尖或全断，可百分百稳定检出报警 Cross punch tip breakage or full breakage, capable of 100% stable detection of alarms

5：一冲、二冲粘料自动检出停机； Automatic detection and shutdown of first and second punch adhesive materials;

6：过载自动检测停机； Automatic overload detection and shutdown;

7：送料不足自动检出停机；Automatic detection and shutdown of insufficient feeding;

8：材料打完时（无料）自动检出停机，能够控制材料不走过压料轮，杜绝因无人看管导致材料走过压料轮致换料浪费时间； When the material is finished (without material), it automatically detects and shuts down the machine, which can control the material not to pass through the material pressing wheel and prevent waste of time in material replacement caused by unmanned supervision;

9：设定冲头冲制、班产、总产数量，当达到设定数量时电脑自动停机指示；Set the punch punching system, shift production, and total production quantity. When the set quantity is reached, the computer will automatically stop indicating;

10：不论机器何时停机都会第一时间停止送料，避免闷死机器。Regardless of when the machine stops, it will immediately stop feeding to avoid jamming the machine.
