R98微电脑自动检测器适用于钢球机、螺丝机、铆钉机、多工位、螺母机、尾孔机等机器上，共3个检测传感器，采用美国原装系统，属压力型检测，十六个功能如下：
The R98 microcomputer automatic detector is suitable for steel ball machines, screw machines, rivet machines, multi-station machines, nut machines, tail hole machines, and other machines. It has a total of 3 detection sensors and adopts the original American system, belonging to pressure type detection. The 16 functions are as follows

1：长期高检出稳定度，精度 0.001mm Long term high detection stability with an accuracy of 0.001mm.

2：电脑显示屏幕精准显示机器生产过程中每一次的实时压力值The computer display screen accurately displays the real-time pressure value during each production process of the machine.

3：电脑屏幕上直接数字设定压力值上下限监测。 Directly set the upper and lower limits ofpressure values on the computer screen for monitoring.

4：电源突波干扰瞬间, 不当机、不跳机。 Instantaneous power surge interference, improper or non tripping of the machine.

5： 自动追踪补偿，冷车启动之热涨冷缩效应。 Automatic tracking compensation, the thermal expansion and contraction effect of cold start.

6：适应性量测法, 不挑新旧机。Adaptive measurement method, no selection of old or new machines.

7：完全不受机械共振/噪音影响，检出成功率百分之百。 Completely unaffected by mechanical resonance/noise, the detection success rate is 100%.

8：可独立测定一二冲上下限。 Independently measure the upper and lower limits of one or two strokes.

9：多工位无论哪一模都可集成监测。No matter which the first mock examination is multi station, it can be integrated for monitoring.

10：冲针断裂、通出棒断裂实时检知。 Real time detection of needle breakage and rod breakage.

11：制品毛边、大小头检出。 Detect rough edges and small heads of the product.
