R2000型微电脑自动检测器适用于钢球机、螺丝机、铆钉机、多工位、搓牙机等机器上，安装简单，共1个检测传感器，采用韩国原装系统，属压力型检测，十个功能如下：
The R2000 microcomputer automatic detector is suitable for steel ball machines, screw machines, riveting machines, multi-station machines, tooth grinding machines, and other machines. It is easy to install and has a total of 1 detection sensor. It adopts the original Korean system and belongs to pressure type detection. The 10 functions are as follows:

1:监控系统一个监测点在机器运转后人工开启监控 A monitoring point in the monitoring system is manually activated for monitoring after the machine is running;

2：能够检出大头、小头、歪头、掉料以及材料开裂；Capable of detecting large, small, skewed, dropped materials, and material cracking;

3：压力检测参数自由设置，通过LED灯显示机器工作压力变化；The pressure detection parameters are freely set, and the working pressure changes of the machine are displayed through LED

4：缺油，过载自动检测停机；Automatic detection and shutdown of oil shortage and overload;

5：送料不足、无料自动检出停机；Automatic detection and shutdown of insufficient or no material feeding;

6：冲头断掉可自动检出停机；Automatic detection and shutdown when the punch is broken;

7：设定冲头冲制、班产、总产数量，当达到设定数量时电脑自动停机指示；Set the punch punching system, shift production, and total production quantity. When the set quantity is reached, the computer will automatically stop indicating;

8：能够设定关机时间和工作时间；Able to set shutdown time and working time;

9：不论机器何时停机都会第一时间停止送料，避免闷死机器。Regardless of when the machine stops, it will immediately stop feeding to avoid jamming the machine.

10：搓丝机检测报警斜牙、烧钉、叠牙、回搓、跳钉、计数、缺垫、不上料。The wire twisting machine detects alarms such as skewed teeth, burnt nails, stacked teeth, back rubbing, skip nails, counting, missing pads, and no feeding.
